This and more is all on offer at the upcoming Truffle Kerfuffle - Australia's premier truffle celebration - a weekend of good food, good wine and hearty fun in the Australian prime truffle growing area of Manjimup, Western Australia.
Held over a weekend in June, the festival attracts the nation's hottest culinary names including Duncan Welgemoed (Africola), James Viles (Biota Dining), Rebecca Sullivan (Warndu / Granny Skills), Paul Iskov (Fervor), Jesse Blake (Petition Kitchen) Kiren Mainwaring (Co-op Dining), Aaron Carr (Vasse Felix), Amy Hamilton (Liberte), Kenny McHardy (Manuka Woodfire Kitchen), David Coomer (Fuyu) and Sophie Zalokar (Foragers).
Festival goers can create their own truffle experience weekend maybe attending a cooking class, a degustation dinner, wine tasting, truffle hunting or a food photography class with renowned photographer Craig Kinder.
