The Winter Festival occurs at this time of year in Fremantle Esplanade Park, and is dedicated to the traditional fairytale of a white winter as the area is transformed into a magical spectacle sure to make the kids delighted.
It is free to enter, and attractions including Australia’s biggest outdoor ice rink, a huge pop up slide and lots of music and entertainment to enjoy while experiencing falling snow!
It is encouraged that you buy your ice-skating tickets in advance as sessions are known to sell out quick.

For a one time entry fee, kids can enjoy all rides and activities inside the Big Top tent, or even watch a live show on the tents amazing stage.

Splat! is an exhilarating performance of circus, puppetry, dance, digital animation and paper-play that will leave you amazed by its high-intensity acrobatics and the finest puppetry in the world.
This play is designed to unleash creativity and celebrate the importance of friendship, a delight for the kids to watch.
Performed in the Spare Parts Puppet Theatre in Fremantle, this show will be a pleasure to watch for the whole family.

The Bibbulmun Track Teen Trek is a three-day expedition for teenagers, as they camp out and are able to connect with others their age as well as the nature around them.
The teens are presented with mental and physical challenges to stimulate their minds and bodies and encourage them to get outside and embrace nature. As part of the event, the teens have the opportunity to qualify for a bronze or silver Duke of Edinburgh Award Program.
