5 Minute Bliss Balls

These delicious bliss balls take less than 5 minutes in a Thermomix, a little longer using traditional methods.

Ingredients

1 heaped cup raw almonds.
4-6 prunes
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 sultanas
1 tbsp cacao
1 tsp chia seeds
vanilla essence

Method

  • Put almonds in TM and grind Speed 6, 5 secs. Not too fine.
  • Add dried fruit to ground almonds. Mix Speed 6, 10 secs.
  • Add vanilla essence, cacao and chia seeds. Mix Speed 6, 5 secs.
  • Shape tablespoon-sized amounts of mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Roll in dessicated coconut if desired.
  • Keep refridgerated, and enjoy!
