Banana Bread

​This recipe makes a moist bread which keeps well.

Ingredients


3 ripe bananas
¾ cup Bees Neez honey 
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups self raising flour

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.  
  • Oil a loaf tin.  
  • Mash the bananas.  
  • Add the melted butter, baking soda, honey and flour.  
  • Stir well.  
  • Pour into the oiled pan.  
  • Bake for 1 hour.
