Banana Smoothie

Whip up this tasty smoothie for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients


2 frozen ripe bananas (cut up into bite size pieces before freezing)
2 iceblocks/crushed ice
1/4 tsp nutmeg, grated
1 tsp honey
3/4-1 cup milk
1/4 cup yoghurt of choice

Method

  • Place all ingredients in the Thermomix or blender and process until desired consistency. (TM 7 for approx 10 seconds)
