Capsicum + Coriander Dip

A dip for those who like a bit of spice. Great as a dip or served as a sauce with chicken or fish.


Serves 4

Ingredients


1 red capsicum, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
4 tbsp chopped coriander
juice and zest of 1 lime
2 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
freshly ground pepper

Method

  • Place in a food processor and blend for a few seconds.
  • Check seasoning and serve.
