Chocolate and Yoghurt Pots

A decadent yet easy to prepare chocolate dessert.

Serves 4


200g good quality cooking chocolate
20g butter, softened
2 large egg yolks
3 tbsp brandy
285ml Greek yoghurt


  • Place chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water and slowly melt, stirring occasionally.
  • When melted, leave to cool for a few minutes then beat in the butter.
  • Next beat in the eggs and brandy.
  • Add the yoghurt.
  • Pour into ramekin dishes.
  • Chill in the fridge for a few hours and serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
