Sandwich
4 thick slices of soft white bread
250gms smoked salmon
150gms crème fraiche
1 dessert spoon of chopped dill
5 chopped chives
10 chopped capers
1 teaspoon lemon rind
Egg mix
2 Eggs
1 cup of milk
Sea salt and pepper
Butter for frying
Cucumber
Serve with some thinly sliced cucumber to refresh the palate.
