Hazelnut Chocolate Spread - Thermomix

This delicious spread keeps 14-21 days...apparently...


90g Sugar (can be reduced to 50g if desired)
80g toasted and skinned Hazelnuts
100g Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces
50g Cocoa
70g Soft Butter
100g Milk


  • Put sugar into TM bowl and pulverise for 10 secs/sp 8.
  • Add hazelnuts and chocolate and mill for 10 secs/sp 8.
  • Scrape down.
  • Add cocoa, butter and milk and heat for 6 mins/50°C/sp 3 or until mixture is of a smooth consistency.
  • Place spread into sterilised jars. Keep refrigerated. Keeps for 14–21 days.
