Smoked Salmon Paté

This dip takes less than 5 minutes to make.


175g smoked salmon
75g butter, melted
Grated rind and juice of 1 lime
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
Handful chopped dill
Freshly ground pepper
Rocket and dill to serve


  • Place salmon in a blender add butter (melted), lime juice and rind, chopped dill and yoghurt.
  • Blend till smooth, add pepper to taste and blend again.
  • Spoon into a 300ml dish and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  • Serve with wholegrain toast or breadsticks, rocket and dill.
