Hachiko - Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, Perth

Spare Puppets Theatre will bring Hachiko to life.

 

Spare Puppets Theatre in Fremantle is proud to present Hachiko, the true story of the loyal dog who waited at a Tokyo train station every day for nine years for his owner to come home. 

A must for all dog lovers, the story of Hachiko will teach adults and children alike the value of a pet's dedication. 

Japanese inspired paper craft puppets will portray the dog, Hachiko, his owner Professor Ueno, the determined dog catcher and the nosy neighbour. The Spare Parts performers who will take part in this production include Jessica Harlond-Kenny and Sean Gustavino, who will be making his debut.  

Hachiko will be shown at the Spare Puppets Theatre in Fremantle from 8 - 22 April 2017 from 10am - 1pm daily. An evening performance will be held on Wednesday 12 April at 6.30pm. Bookings can be made from the Spare Puppet Theatre website www.sppt.asn.au or by calling 9335 5044.  

Ticket prices for General Admission are $25 each, groups of four people $24, groups of ten $23. Please note there is a $3.95 booking fee as well.
