Jelly and Pineapple Popsicles

This is a clever idea that kids will love!


Ingredients


1 x 85g packet Aeroplane 25% Reduced Sugar Lime Jelly, or flavour of choice
1 x 400g can crushed pineapple

Method

  • Dissolve the jelly crystals in 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water and then mix through the crushed pineapple.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds then set jelly in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours.
  • Un-mould the popsicles and serve.
