2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
350g frozen spinach, thawed
2 tbsp lemon juice
nutmeg
1 tbsp butter
15g plain flour
150ml milk
pepper
125g prawns (or you could use sweetcorn here instead)
Large handful of chopped parsley and dill
370g packet puff pastry
Beaten egg to glaze
