Makes: 24 pieces
125g dark chocolate
125g butter
4 eggs
1 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup plain flour
1½ tbsp cocoa
½ cup dried cranberries
Tip: Take care not to over-beat or over-cook the brownie or it will become too ‘cakey’. It should remain very moist in the centre.
